Mary Morgan has a wide knowledge and understanding of the real estate
market in Kittitas County and Washington State. She has 44 years of
experience throughout the Northwest with 18 of those years being spent in
the Kittitas Valley. She relocated to Ellensburg from Orcas Island where
she sold property for many years. She works hard to stay informed and
up-to-date on trends valley real estate.
In an effort to make this county the best place to live for her clients and
friends, and because this beautiful area holds her heart, Mary has served
for more than five years on the Ellensburg City Council. She sits on
numerous boards and commissions including: Kittcom, Kittitas County Council
of Governments, liaison to Ellensburg Public Library Board, the
Commission, as well as many years on the Kittitas County Noxious Weed
Board. Recently she was appointed to the Bureau of Land Management
Resource Advisory Council for Eastern Washington which will allow her to
continue to protect and preserve public lands.
She is passionate about our natural landscapes and enjoys hikes with her
dog Duff out in the shrub steppe. When she moved here she was breeding and
raising Morgan (of course) horses. That finally came to an end after she
sold her farm but her interest in agriculture and animals has not. She
especially enjoys being in Ellensburg for the activities available at CWU,
in the historic downtown, and all the nearby recreation. She looks forward
to sharing her love of the area with you.
